WIN request requirements from the service provider for interconnection:
Portal Facilities, services/products (An online shop with shopping cart), online submission form, deposit fee to WIN, and service provider’s bank account for money remittances.
Purchased Goods and Services:
Delivery of goods facilitated; (1) CBD (Central Business District – (City center, Upanga and Kariakoo) (2) Outside CBD within Dar es Salaam (3) Up country (4) East and Central Africa and Other
NON DELIVERY OF GOODS AND REFUND
Non delivery of any paid order once proved; a refund of full amount originally paid is done by WIN to the same original account number or mobile phone number used while placing an order and the customer is informed about the refund.
Provider that;
A complaint is lodged or communicated to WIN within 2 days (48hour) for Dar es Salaam customers; or within 10 days (240hours) for Up country, East and Central Africa and Other. Thereafter, NO complaints will be entertained.
